We offer several methods of payment to make purchasing your new products easier! We accept Direct Deposit into our bank account, Money Orders through Australia Post and PayPal. For overseas buyers (we are located in Australia) we only accept PayPal.

Please note we do NOT accept Cheques of any sort and they will be returned.

Returns And Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs purchased on Ebay. This is due to health reasons and also to help ensure we keep our prices nice and low for our valued buyers! Our photographs are shot carefully using nice full light and our descriptions also include color numbers etc.

If you are unsure about the color, please don't buy it! Asking questions first makes things easier for everyone, and we can send you a color ring to help you match the right tone. We will not accept any returned pieces. If you have a problem with your piece, please let us know - We are only happy if you are, and we will be happy to work with you to sort something out.

If the wig doesn't suit you, we really cannot be held responsible. We show our styles as naturally and realistically as we can without trick lighting or overstyling, but different monitors show colors differently, and chances are you don't look like the mannequin so it may look slightly different! We do have over a thousand happy clients though, so you are really very safe with us! As always, please ask first to make sure you have the right choice. If its not what you expected, but its what we advertised in the listing, there is only so much we can do to point out the product to you. Use the color code to buy from, if you're not sure, please order a color ring.

The wig might require a quick styling before you wear it to look right. Please make sure you don't have it on incorrectly (seriously, people put their pieces on upside down and get angry, we don't get it either!) and if it has curls they need to be shaken out a little to get it looking right. The shipping process to you can be quite rough so a light styling is sometimes needed.

If you buy the wig on Ebay and you don't like it, please don't blame us. It was totally your choice. If you are very picky, we suggest going to a wig salon, trying it on and buying it there. It will cost you well over twice as much, but you are better safe than sorry if you're not going to be happy.

We will only accept a return if we sent the wrong item or it has a manufacturing flaw. Please email us beforehand so we can work with you to ensure a quick and simple replacement!

We really are decent people, here to help you, so please be patient and straightforward with us and we will be happy to do the same! Rants, negative feedback and abusive emails will not be looked at kindly and will not inspire us to help you. We aren't here to mess you around or upset anyone, just provide fantastic hair to people who need it!

Shipping Policies

Generally we post out your item on the next business day after payment! If you pay before noon we can often get it out in the mail that day, for a quicker delivery. We post Monday to Friday.

Australian buyers, your hair will be shipped out via Platinum Express! This means it gets there by 12 the next day if you live within the Express Post Network. You do have to sign for the package, but it's registered and trackable and insured! If you live outside the Express Post Network it still arrives very quickly, so it should still be within 48 hours. If you require your piece for a certain date, we recommend buying beforehand to avoid any panic. We do not allow pickups!.

Overseas buyers, your hair will be packed in a white plastic mailing pouch which seals tightly. It will be insured, meaning it arrives safer! If you need Express Postage please let us know and we can sometimes arrange it on a special needs basis! Delivery otherwise is via Insured Air Mail and takes 7-14 days to arrive depending on your location.

My Item Was Late! I'm Not Happy!

Unfortunately, sometimes things get delayed in the mail! This really isn't our fault. Once it leaves our hot little hands, we too are trusting it gets to you on time. Leaving us bad feedback because your hair is late due to a problem we cant control is really unfair and damaging to us - Please don't blame us if we post your hair out on time and Australia Post (bless their cotton polyester blend socks) slow it down for no good reason!

Why Haven't You Emailed Me?

Sometimes if you have a HotMail account and a high Junk screening setting, random emails just don't make it through! We have had irate clients call us with abuse claiming they didn't hear from us but all our emails ended up in their junk folder! Please check your trash/junk folders as we love communication and we keep in touch every step of the way! We always reply to questions, and when your hair is posted out we make sure we send you a message through Ebay. If you don't hear from us or you think your email isn't working, you can also use Ebay Messaging and then you know for sure it comes through to us!

Unpaid Items Policy

We allow up to ten days for payment to come through. That means if you buy something, you can wait up to ten days to pay for it. Anything you buy within that 10 day period can be combined to help you save on shipping!! If you have more to buy, just let us know and we will be happy to combine it all for you!

If you are having trouble paying, just get in touch with us! We understand things come up from time to time and we will be happy to work it out with you. If you buy a piece by accident, just let us know… it makes the process so much easier to fix it and get it sorted out and everyone is happier!

If no contact us made and payment isn't received on time, we will file a claim with Ebay and follow through with a dispute and negative feedback, as well as a strike against your account. We hate doing this though, so please help us make Ebay a better place!

Color Policy

Different settings on individual monitors may distort or change colors. The safest way to get the color that best matches your own hair is to purchase a color ring or buy from the color numbers.

We really go out of our way to try and make sure our photos look as accurate as possible! We don't use sneaky soft lighting, or shadowy lighting to try and change how the hair looks… We present it exactly how it looks, so you can make a better decision. We also provide a description of the shade, a close up color of the tone, and pictures of the product from multiple angles!

That said, everyone has a different type of monitor and we cant be sure you have the same settings as everyone else. Sometimes a screen has more blue, red or green and that can throw off hues dramatically! We calibrate our monitors regularly and use a high end camera to ensure maximum color clarity. If you aren't sure, please ask! If it doesn't suit you, its really not our fault and we cannot accept returns. Color numbers are provided to help you find the right shades. If you are unsure, please visit a wig store in your area and have a look at their tones, or purchase a color ring from us to help match your hair.

Feedback is a hugely important part of Ebay for both a buyer and a seller! It gives both parties an opportunity to explain how the transaction went. Unfortauntely, we have had clients in the past leave a negative feedback for reasons completely out of our control which is extremely unfair. We have been quite lucky (just look at our glowing feedback) and have had so many brilliant clients, and we would like to keep that going! Our feedback score is extremely high (99%+ happy customers) and like to make sure we keep that up! We really would be disappointed to have a client leave bad feedback before we were given the chance to fix the problem. Also with postal issues - that's out of our control and we don't deserve bad feedback for that! Sorry, our $1NR are just there to help us clear out excess stock. There's absolutely nothing wrong with them, they are just like all our other wigs, but give you the chance to get a deal. We receive SO many emails asking us to list again, but once sold it's probably not going to happen again. If you are going to be away from the PC when the auction ends, make sure you enter your bids ahead of time so you don't miss out! Overseas Seller Quality

Seen some of those wigs for $0.99 on Ebay from overseas? Usually from Hong Kong. They have stolen pictures, and high postage costs. Why? There are lots of reasons! The hair is usually low quality and very thin. The hair is often so shiny it looks like plastic, and the pieces generally don't last very long. The huge shipping and insurance costs are their cover up on the price so they can escape Ebay fees. The hair you see in the picture is generally not what you get in the mail, if you get anything at all. To see if a seller is good, you should always check their feedback for a detailed trading history
